Squeeze amd64/i386 d-i images with Linux kernel 2.6.39.bpo

Today I released bpo Debian-Installer with using Linux kernel 2.6.39. You know, you can download it.

• uses Linux kernel 2.6.39 (bpo.2)
• updates disk controller drivers such as hpsa. (by updating kernel-wedge)
• updates firmware packages (such as bnx2x)
