Squeeze amd64/i386 d-i images with Linux kernel 3.2.4 bpo, and WPA support

After a long silence, I updated the bpo Debian-installer for Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.4, Squeeze. You know, you can take it from http://kmuto.jp/debian/d-i/.

• bases on Debian 6.0.4 Squeeze with firmwares
• uses Linux kernel 3.2.4 (linux-image-3.2.0-0.bpo.1 3.2.4-1~bpo60+1)
• includes fixed DHCP client for buggy MacOS X DHCP server
• supports WiFi WPA
• includes backported finish-install to fix wrong /etc/inittab on some environments.
