hpt366 works not with raid, so I have to install Highpoint's proprietary driver.
I don't like things as softwareraid, and so on. I know that my raid is in some way a softwareraid, but with Highpoint's driver the raid (two seagate Barracuda) are faster than with the kernel's driver (there was support in kernel 2.4.x).
With nv the 3D acceleration is not working, but you surely know that, so also for that I have to install Nvidia's proprietary driver.
