Recognition of the Via RAID is inconsistent - the GRUB installer recognises the RAID pair as two separate drives, and sets the partition info based on that, but the boot loader doesn't see the RAID array at all, and can't load the correct partition without manual editing.
The graphics card (Nvidia 6800 GT) is problematic, despite being an old and generally well-supported card. I had to use the Envy drivers to get my dual-monitor setup working, and now I can't get Compiz Fusion to work.

And I am completely unable to get my Wacom Graphire tablet working as a pressure-sensitive tablet with kernel 2.6.24.19.
