The PCI device '13f00200' is Encore ENL832-TX-ICNT and seems to require a hacked sundance module.  That it, it is not supported by stock Linux as of kernel 2.6.15.
On my system, even tho 'hw_random' is listed above, it does not load: FATAL: Error inserting hw_random (/lib/modules/2.6.15/kernel/drivers/char/hw_random.ko): No such device
